Tactical Prosperity is being built around a simple idea: financial planning should feel clear, calm, and approachable — helping families and individuals make confident decisions without the jargon or the pressure.
Most investors don't fail because of bad markets. They fail because of unforced errors — emotional decisions, lack of structure, no plan to hold them accountable. This firm is being built around the opposite of that.
Multi-decade thinking. No predictions, no market timing, no portfolio theater.
Decision quality compounds. The plan exists to keep you from working against yourself.
A small number of relationships, done with care — not a book of business optimized for growth.
Justin Osberg was born and raised in the Chicago area, and he believes anyone can build financial independence with the right plan and the discipline to follow it. His approach is to meet people where they are — listening first, understanding what matters most to them, and building a path forward together.
Over more than two decades as a finance and operations executive, Justin guided organizations through major change — helping leaders translate vision into strategy and strategy into results. That experience shaped his conviction that the hardest part of any plan, financial or otherwise, isn't the math. It's the human side: staying focused, thinking long-term, and making deliberate decisions during life's biggest transitions. Tactical Prosperity is built for families and individuals navigating exactly those moments — career transitions, new beginnings, retirement on the horizon — when thoughtful planning matters most.
Justin holds a B.A. in Finance and an MBA from the University of Illinois, and recently completed his CFP® coursework at the College for Financial Planning, and is preparing for the certification exam later this year. He has also served more than thirty years in the Army National Guard, including a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
"True wealth isn't a number on a statement. It's the freedom to spend your time, energy, and attention on what matters most."
